Proposed rail line - effect on home values?
The proposed passenger rail line from Livingston County to Washtenaw County has a way to go before it gets off the ground, but could have a sigificant positive impact on area property values. Especially near the actual rail stops.

My understanding is that stops had been planned for Howell, Genoa Township, Brighton, Hamburg Township, Whitmore Lake and Plymouth Road near Barton Drive in Ann Arbor.
