Foreclosure Class Tonight Was Well Received

I just got home from teaching another one of our free "How To Buy A Foreclosure" classes. This time we didn't run out of seats like we did last month, but the folks who came seemed to learn a lot.

This is not about getting rich and most of the people who come are thinking about buying a home to live in.

We don't sell home study courses or seminars, we just give solid, useful information for serious home buyers.

If you are interested you can find the schedule at our website at the link above.

Buying a Brighton home built between the 40's and early 60's

If you are in the market for a Brighton area home and you are looking at some of the older homes built from the late 40's to the early 60's, you want to find out what kind of sewer line the home has.

If it has "Orangeburg" is can be an expensive problem because many of these lines are failing.

The link above is to a link made with "Crock" type pipe.
