Hint: The positive features are often exagerated.

These phrases were collected from our nationwide organization (naeba.org) and the are absolutely authentic.

Here is what you should probably ponder:

If a real estate agent habitually directs words like these to buyers, why would you ever want somebody like at being your buyer's agent or designated buyer's agent?

Just a idea to mull over as you search for Brighton real estate.

Here is the story.

statuscheck

statuscheckmmm

statuscheck

status check

Flamingos invade!

I'm at an inspection today and one of the neighbors has about a dozen
flamingos.
I remember 20+ years ago when I had a flamingo in my yard on West
Madison.

Burried Oil Tank Fill And Vent Pipes Show Up In Crawl Space

We had a home inspection recently where the crawl space provided a surprise.

The signs of a buried oil tank.

Here is what the inspector saw:

The fat pipe would be the fill pipe and the skinnier pipe would be the vent pipe.

Here is a link with a lot more information: Oil Tank Information

Note two things:

1. The home owner lived in the home when the tank was taken out of service, but the owner didn't mention it on the seller's disclosure.

2. The listing agent complained at the length of the home inspection. (The inspector was in the crawl space for about 45 minutes.)

It is common for listing agents to complain about the length of a buyer's inspection because listing agents typically recommend "quick and easy" home inspectors. Another reason you don't want to be using a traditional agent when you buy a home!

Brighton Real Estate Agent Receives Savings Award

Our Exclusive Buyer Agent Laura Degiovanni just received an award for her great work with an area home buyer recently.

It was a very tough transaction but she still managed to help her buyer client save a whopping 24% of the already greatly reduced home price.

Here is the article:

Brighton Michigan Real Estate Buyer Agent Receives Wolverine Savings Award

Congratulations Laura!

If you are interested in buying a home in Livingston County, Western Oakland County, or North Western Wayne County you should talk to Laura.
